ten years in Leadership and Senior Management position. Experienced in building, leading,

driving and motivating passionate and creative teams to achieve corporate goals and

objectives.

Generating innovative business and investment ideas, formulating strategies and evaluation

and implementation of effective management of assets. The Group resident and M.D / CEO

holds a Bachelors Degree (BSc.) in Business Administration and Masters Degree in Financial

and Monetary Economics.

He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Richfield Group, a company which he

transformed from a small trading business he started years ago to a multi-billion naira

conglomerate.

VICE PRESIDENT

He is the Vice President (Business development) of Richfield Technologies Limited.

A citizen of Israel, Zion is an insightful, Charismatic and Intelligent gentle Man, Zion Or-Gazit is

a graduate of Tel-Aviv University, where he got a Bachelor degree in Humanities. He also holds

a Master Degree in History from the graduate school of International Relation, Haita University.

His professional expertise include organization & project management, homeland security

affairs, sites & plants security.

A one time senior adviser for security and military affairs, he was a former consultant in a far

East Country where he served as an adviser in the field of multi-disciplinary Military Systems.

As a then Serving Military Officer, he reached the rank of a Colonel and Brigade Commander.

He has also served as the  Director of Security at LR Group in Angola. He was a Director at LIC

(Law Intensity Conflict), IMI (Israel Military Industries).

He worked with Uzmetal Tech. Co. as an Assistant Director General.

DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR

Tunde started his career over 12 years ago as a business analyst with NETg - a subsidiary of

the Thompson Group. He has since worked in various capacities with international blue chip

organizations like British Telecom, GMAC RFC and Vodafone.

Tunde concentrates on strategy and business engineering from a development perspective and

support the company acquisition opportunities leading to the expansion of the groups reach.

Tunde currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cannon Projects LTD as Chairman and

Signature Infrastructure Development Company, GP Construction West Africa as Director and

Ricfield Technologies Limited as Deputy Managing Director, Strategic Planning.

With an MSc in Management Information Systems from London’s City University and numerous

business courses at the London School of Economics and London Business School; He has been

able to establish himself as an astute professional with a record of outstanding performance in

his core areas.

Aminu Gusau is a seasoned business strategist as well as a politician. He obtained his Higher

National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration from the Kaduna Polytechnic. He was the

former Adviser on Millennium Development Goal Matter to then Kaduna State Governor now Vice

President of Nigeria, Arc. Namadi Sambo. He was also at the same time Special Adviser to the

Zamfara State Governor on State Assembly Matter.

A very dynamic and forward thinking individual, he is presently heading the Oil and Gas business

development unit in Richfield Technologies Limited.

DIRECTOR OF PROJECT

Ese has almost 10 years of Project Management and Business Development experience in the

field, managing and improving operations, processes and organizations while delivering

services.

He has also held corporate staff positions in technical areas and has been involved with a wide

variety of corporate initiatives.

His project experience has been with a mix of organization types. Clients benefit from his wide

range of experience to help solve problems, improve services and reduce costs using best

practices gained from experience as an industry professional and as a service provider.

As a project manager, Ese has completed a range of projects for clients. This includes Asset

Management services, analyzing operational requirements, post-initiative assessment and

recommendations, strategic planning, mission, vision and value development, assessment and

recommendations of contracting and contract management approaches, and developing and

conducting surveys. Working with other contracting firms he has played a key role in

developing specifications for project management operations and performance measurement

for significant long-term management contracts.

With an MSc in Facility and Asset Management from the Heriot Watt University Edinburgh, UK

and a Master degree in Architecture, Ese has achieve industrial recognition with various

professional bodies and continue to be involve in professional and industry association.

His areas of specialization include Strategic planning, Operational Effectiveness Review &

Assessments, organizational design, transition & change management, asset management

services and outsourcing / contracting support, including analysis, decisions and

implementation

A young vibrant lady, analytical and an effective team member, focused on achieving

exellence.

She graduated with Degree in Management Science and Technology. She has worked as a

Data Analyst with the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) Headquaters, Lagos and also as

Adminisrative Officer with the Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCT, Abuja before

joining Richfield Technologies Limited. She enjoys travelling and reading motivational books.

ACCOUNTANT

Folashade is a young, dynamic, analytical Associate Chartered Accountant from The Institute of

Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and a student member of The Chartered Institute of

Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). She holds a Master Degree in Business Administration and

Postgraduate Diploma in Management both from University of Calabar. She has worked in

various organisations in various capacities such as Banks, Accounting, Consulting, and Training

and Auditing firms before joining the company as the company’s Accountant.

She has good interpersonal skill with ability to lead a team efficiently. She is industrious,

diligent, focused and result oriented.

LEGAL ADVISER

She is a dedicated, diplomatic and articulate person who has established great diligence in

achieving the aims and objective of a corporate entity. She has scope of experience in initiative

skills, analytic and problem solving oriented working policy in tandem with the act of team

spirit.

She was the Legal Adviser and Personal Research Assistant to Hon. Justice M.B Idris Kutigi of

the Federal High Court. She was a legal counsel in the law firm of with Chidi Nwankwo &

Associate, Legal Practitioners & Solicitors. Currently, she is the Legal Adviser to Richfield

Technologies Ltd.

With a BL from the Enugu University of Science and Technology; she has gained an impressive

knowledge in various fields of law. She was called to the Nigerian Bar after completing bar

vocational course at the Nigerian Law School where she gained her LLb Honours.

She is a licensed Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, specializing in

litigation, Arbitration and Corporate Law.

Aside from her extensive experience in legal practice, she also have great affiliation with UN

Organization having participated fully in the Nigerian MUN where she gained the position of the

Secretary General of NigMUN. 

She is a member of the Association of Professional Negotiators & Mediators.

She is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Is the Company's Quantity Surveyor. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity

Surveying and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. Mr Ideboghie is a

professional with extensive background in Quantity Surveying and has worked with various

companies and Insurance Firms among which include Crusader Insurance.

PROJECT ENGINEER

John is a young and dynamic Civil Engineer. Who strive for excellence and precision at all

times in all positions and proficiency.

He has good interpersonal skills with ability to work efficiently in a team, integrity and tact, self

motivated and target oriented. He has a degree in civil engineering from Nnamdi Azikwe

University.

As a Civil Engineer he has been involved in planning, design and management of construction

projects. Ranging from the relatively small-scale, such as bridge repairs, through to large

national schemes.

He is presently the Project Engineer in the company

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE MD/CEO

He is a hardworking, prudent young man with a zeal for excellence, dedication and

commitment in acheiving organizational goals. He is a graduate of Management Science and

Technology. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) in Nigeria

and in the UK. He has held several positions of responsibility in various social/ religious

organizations. He enjoys singing, reading, & driving. He Joined the Company as Personal

Assistant to the Managing Director/CEO of the company.

SYSTEM ANALYST (ICT)

Joel became interested in Internet and Web related technologies around the year 2003 and

started learning the basics of web mark-up languages. He also started working in web

development eventually became the hobby that employed his free time.

Studied at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Oyo State, Nigeria, He obtained his

degree specialising in Computer Science. He started programming for web applications during

his project in the university career placement.

While mastering PHP web development, He joined First Logic at FCT and SQI as a web

developer effectively turning his hobby to a full-time profession.

He is also proficient in various front-end web technologies and spends most of his time

researching in JavaScript development and cross browser compatible CSS. With an eye for

creative graphic, he utilises Adobe Fireworks and other packages heavily in his day-to-day

activities.

He worked with KAYTECH as their computer engineer for some months likewise he also spent

few month with RFM Network Services, Ikeja in Structure Office Cabling (SOC) and Networking.

Having a thorough knowledge in systems design, he took part in developing new and improving

existing web application.

He is currently in project and development team within Richfield Technologies Limited to ensure

efficient systems and functional websites.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR II

He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Quantity Surveying. Ahmed is a professional in

Quantity Surveyor and has worked with various organizations.

He is currently a staff of Richfield Technologies Limited as an Executive Assistant Project.

He loves traveling.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MARKETER

He is a graduate of Geology. He has working experience in various places which include

UNICEF Zonal Office Enugu as Water and Sanitation Officer (WATSAN Department Petroleum

Company).

He was the products markerter for RIYET Petroleum (Independent Petroleum Product) in Lagos

State.

He worked at Technochem Nigeria which is a lubricant blending company.

He worked with ECNEL Nig Ltd in Portharcourt, a major Contractor to SPDC (Shell Nig)

He was the manager operations of SAKASTRID Engineering in Lagos State and other

companies beforejoining Richfield Technlogies Limitd as Executive Assistant (Marketing).

He has excelled in high pressure business environments where exceptional service levels are

demanded.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Lilian is the company's executive assistant. She holds a BSc in marketing and has previously

worked with severalcompanies including Minel Aluminium Limited before joining the company

FACILITIES MANAGER

She is an Executive Assistant in the Company. She had a degree in Estate Management.

She has worked at Federal Housing Authority Asokoro as a marketer in Marketing Department,

She also had a stint as a representative of Lookoil Company in NNPC Apata Ibadan before

joining Richfield Technologies Limited.
